Create Insert

A die plate is requried to pre-select first.

Profile Type

Type of insert shape to be created, rectangular or circular

Placement Face

Face location on the pre-selected die plate where the top face of the insert will be created

X Direction

An edge selected to define the X driection of the insert

Entities

Enities selected to control the size of the insert to be created

Parameters

W - Width of the insert

L - Length of the insert

A - Offset of insert on Side A

B - Offset of insert on Side B

C - Offset of insert on Side C

D - Offset of insert on Side D

Corner Option - Corner type, Chamfer or Fillet

Chamfer Type:

Chamfer Distance 1 - Chamfer distance for common corners

Corner 2 Position - Location of special chamfer corner

Chamfer Distance 2 - Chamfer distance at special corner

Fillet Type:

Fillet Distance 1 - Fillet radius for common corners

Corner 2 Position - Location of special fillet corner

Fillet Distance 2 - fillet radius at special corner

Insert Height - Height of insert
