Minimum Cutting Features Distance

The function will detect the closest pair of cutting features on the strip layout and output the close distance between the 2 closest cutting features.

1.      select the Strip Layout in Feature Tree and

2.      select Minimum Cutting Features Distance

3.      the 2 closest cutting features on the strip layout will be highlighted and a dialog will show the closest distance between these 2 cutting features
