Over bend

All bends have Over Bend properties and suppressed by default. To use Over Bend for spring back compensation

1.      select the Bend feature in Feature Tree and

2.      select Edit Over Bend

3.      Input angle and uncheck Suppress.


Overbend Angle - overbend angle to be applied for spring back compensation.


Equivalent Bend Angle - overall bend angle after adjustment with overbend.


Suppress - disable the overbend feature


Bend Angle Adjustment (No Springback) - permentantly chenge the bend angle of the bend feature and does not spring back in the next station.


Modify Radius - change the bend radius of the bend feature


Bend Radius - value of the new bend radius
