Propagate Color

This function paints the manufacturing information onto the cut pockets according to the pre-defined color on the hole body or the hole sketch.

Property Manager

Target Component – Components to be painted with the manufacturing information

Cut Pocket Feature – Cut feature on the target components that is going to be painted with the manufacturing color

Select All – Select all cut feature on the target components into the cut pocket feature

To paint manufacturing information to the cut pocket feature:

  1. Click 3DQuickPress, Drawing & Machining, Propagate Color.
  2. Select target component.
  3. Select cut pocket features on the target component.
  4. Click OK

The face color of the cut pocket will be painted with the same color as the hole body feature or the color defined by the hole sketch that create the cut pocket.
