Dieset structure

Dieset template must contain U.SLDASM, M.SLDASM, L.SLDASM, otherwise, UC, MC and LC have to be inserted to dieset manually.

Dieset assembly composed of the following components:

• DieSetStructure.SLDPRT

• The datum planes in this file drive the plates thickness
• Dieset size sketch drive dieset and inner plate size
• Clearance sketch store the clearance

• U.SLDASM

Upper Dieset assembly -UC.SLDASM from punch design will be inserted

• DieSetStructure.SLDPRT associate the plates inside this assembly
• Part files for plates

• M.SLDASM

Middle dieset assembly -MC.SLDASM from punch design will be inserted.

• DieSetStructure.SLDPRT associate the plates inside this assembly
• Part files for plates

• L.SLDASM

Lower dieset assembly- LC.SLDASM from punch design will be inserted

• DieSetStructure.SLDPRT associate the plates inside this assembly
• Part files for plates
• Part files for plates

• SL.SLDPRT
