Solution

Invalid fixed face selection for sheets unfolding. Please select the face in other position or reverse the sheet normal.

Only happen when unfold shell body. Can be fixed by check Reverse normal check box.

Number of solid body is greater than 1.

Use Delete Body to delete extra solid body

or

Select the body in Body folder  and save it to a new document

Both the number of solid body and the number of visible sheet body is greater then 1.

Display only the body to be unfolded.
